About Andria Racich — Clover Design Studio

I'm Andria Racich, a ceramic artist based on Salt Spring Island, BC, and the maker behind Clover Design Studio. Clover is rooted in two words I keep coming back to: personality and design.

Each lamp is made by hand from speckled stoneware clay. I shape every base individually, fire and glaze it, then pair it with a hand-pleated cotton or linen shade and solid brass hardware. No moulds, no production line, and no two pieces exactly alike.

I studied Art History and Interior Design in Vancouver, though my love of design began much earlier, through childhood travels in Europe and an early fascination with colour, texture and beautifully made things.

Clover is really an extension of that: thoughtful, well-made pieces with personality.
